Dr. Naipal Singh Tomar brings a distinguished academic and strategic perspective to the organization as Chairman. He holds a PhD in Biotechnology from Pantnagar University and is recognized for his commitment to scientific rigor, ethical governance, and long-term value creation. Under his guidance, the organization advances with a clear focus on innovation, sustainability, and responsible growth.
Mr. Praket Arya serves as Director – Corporate & Finance and holds an MBA from the University of Auckland. He provides strategic leadership across corporate planning, financial governance, and risk management. With an international outlook and disciplined approach to capital allocation, he plays a critical role in strengthening financial resilience, transparency, and long-term enterprise value.
Mr. Devendra Rao is the Chief Executive Officer and holds a PGDM from IMT Ghaziabad. With over 25 years of leadership experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations, Purchasing & Inventories, he has worked extensively with industries including SS Precision Rolling Mills, OEMs, Automotive Components, SS Tube Manufacturing, Industrial Component Manufacturing. He has successfully transformed the organization into a globally aligned automotive component supplier and advanced solutions provider for OEM’s and TIER-1 Customers. His leadership integrates manufacturing excellence, robust automotive quality systems, marketing expertise, and strong customer engagement, enabling long-term partnerships built on reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Mr. Rajesh Singh holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing. He leads shop-floor execution with a strong focus on process discipline, productivity, quality, and safety, ensuring consistent delivery in line with OEM standards. His deep operational expertise supports stable production, continuous improvement, and robust manufacturing performance.
Mr. Rahul Tomar leads the Commercial function and holds an MBA. He oversees pricing, contracts, sourcing coordination, and commercial negotiations, ensuring competitiveness, cost discipline, and value alignment across customer programs.
Mr. Laxminarayan Singh heads Marketing and holds an MBA. He leads market development, customer acquisition, and key account management across OEM and Tier-1 customers, strengthening customer relationships through market insight, program engagement, and long-term partnership development.
Mr. Dhruv Deshwal leads Engineering and R&D and holds BTech, MTech, and PhD qualifications. He drives product engineering, process development, validation, and continuous technical improvement, supporting OEM programs through robust design, manufacturability, cost optimization, and compliance with automotive standards.
